Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Goods are usually delivered by post or carrier, who will require a signature as proof of delivery. If you wish to have the goods left at an empty address, this is done at your risk and no responsibility will be accepted by either ouselves or the carrier.
Local gardenshop deliveries are made by our own transport. Most of the Gardenshop product are unsuitable for shipment by post or carrier. We reserve the right to refuse any orders for gardenshop products outside our local delivery area.
All shipping costs irrespective of descriprion include cariage, packing and handling charges.

Delivery Schedule
We hold extensive stocks of the items we sell and try to deliver most orders within 1 -5 working days. If you require special delivery either overnight or by a certain day. Please add this to the special delivery instructions, send a covering email or phone Should there be excessive delays we will contact you by phone or email.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

In addition we offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee on unused complete products should you find them to be unsuitable. These products should be returned in a condition suitable for resale as the original product. Please note that manufacturers often offer longer guarrantees. City Irrigation Ltd will be happy to handle any warranties of this nature subject to acceptance of the warranty claim by the original manufacturer.
